Services by the counseling office include the following.

Individual/Group Counseling

Some common issues that are addressed include:

  • anxiety
  • mood swing
  • eating issue
  • addiction issue (alcohol, gambling, sex & love etc.)
  • relationship issue
  • cultural adjustment issue
  • identity issue
  • sexual issue
  • self-harming behavior
  • suicidal ideation
  • anger management issue
  • family issue

Appointments are preferred.

Seminars and Workshops

Topics are decided based on the needs of the students, faculty and staff. They may include stress management, cultural adjustment, and communication skills.

Community Referral

We can provide a referral to services outside the school when a counselor thinks that you can benefit from additional resources or you have special needs which the counseling office cannot provide.
