ABOUT THE DIAMOND DINNER
The annual Diamond Dinner at Temple University, Japan Campus (TUJ) brings together members of the university community with friends, parents and donors for a celebration at the end of each academic year.
Proceeds from the evening provide need-based scholarships for undergraduate students at Japan’s oldest and largest foreign university and support Japanese students studying abroad at Temple University in Philadelphia.
This year’s Diamond Dinner will also celebrate the launch of
TUJ KYOTO
Starting from January 2025, TUJ is adding a satellite location in the heart of Kyoto where firstyear students will have the opportunity to commence their studies in Japan, and continuing students may opt to enroll for either a semester or an entire academic year as part of their existing degree program. The Kyoto location will also host study-abroad students from both Temple's main campus and other universities.
The new program will provide students an exciting location to explore new and dynamic perspectives on current global issues, international relations, as well as aspects of traditional Japanese and emerging popular culture.
Please join friends, donors, business leaders, policymakers, parents and students for an evening of .ne food, wine, music, ra.es and auctions as we celebrate this important milestone in the history of TUJ, and raise money for our greatest asset: our students!
We kindly request the following donation for admission:
