Library
The TUJ library, which focuses on English-language publications, holds over books, a browsing collection of magazines and journals, and more than DVD titles. Students can also access the online resources of Temple University or borrow materials from Japanese institutions and libraries worldwide.
Student Services
The Office of Student Services and Engagement (OSSE) supports TUJ’s diverse student population as they become members of the university community. In addition to providing assistance with the visa application process, coordination of financial aid/GI Bill-related matters, and housing, OSSE provides orientations to help students adapt to the academic and social life at TUJ. OSSE also works with the Student Government and other student organizations to create events and activities that appeal to all TUJ students.

The Career Development Office conducts career fairs and seminars on employment strategies, provides career counseling, and offers guidance on writing resumes and interviewing techniques applicable to both Japanese and multinational companies in Japan.

Academic Advising
Academic advisors provide students with group and individual advising sessions. Students can receive advising on their academic plans and options, graduation status, transfer to Temple's main campus in Philadelphia, and other academic questions or concerns.
Computer Labs & Services
TUJ has computer labs equipped with Windows and Mac computers with Microsoft Office and Adobe software suites. A Campus-wide wireless network is also available. Information Technology Services provides computer and system related support to students, staff and faculty.
Counseling Services
Professional counselors are available to provide free and confidential counseling services both in English and Japanese. The services include individual and group counseling and phone consultation. The office also offers workshops on stress management, time management, communication skills and other topics.
The Learning Center
The Learning Center supports students in academic writing, math, Japanese, and other subjects both in-person (on campus) and online (via Zoom). Details can be found on The Learning Center web site.
Testing Services
At the Test Center at TUJ, you can take standardized tests, such as TOEFL and CLEP. The Test Center also offers proctoring services for individuals.

Registrar's Office
The TUJ Registrar's Office is responsible for maintaining academic records in order to assist students in achieving their academic goals. The office provides a wide range of support to students, ranging from course registrations to issuing various documents and also handles a variety of registration and enrollment related data for all TUJ students, professors, and staff. The Registrar’s office is committed to collaborating with the Main Campus Office of the University Registrar.

TUJ CARE Team
Temple University Japan Campus's CARE Team is a multi-disciplinary body of stakeholders from across the University which receives referrals pertaining to students of concern, collects additional information, and then identifies and enacts appropriate strategies for addressing the situation.
