About the Office of Student Services and Engagement

The Office of Student Services and Engagement (OSSE) supports TUJ's diverse student population as they become members of the university community. The OSSE assists students with a variety of non-academic services, provides student visa support, and encourages student engagement through a variety of activities, events, and student organizations.

Student Services

Student Services supports new and current students with their transition to TUJ, U.S. financial aid matters, and study abroad opportunities. For international students, Student Services also oversees international student housing and is available to support with matters related to living in Japan.

Student Visa Services

Student Visa Services supports new, current, and graduating international students with various visa applications and visa extensions. The visa team also helps students to comply with both immigration laws and TUJ visa policies and advises students on their visa matters.

Student Engagement

TUJ Student Engagement focuses on improving campus and student life through excursions, events, student clubs and organizations, and other initiatives at Temple University, Japan Campus.
