With growing interest in TUJ and a highly competitive incoming class for Fall Semester 2025, we are excited to offer the ‘Kyoto Start’ option – an opportunity for students to begin their TUJ journey in Kyoto before transitioning to our Tokyo campus.
By starting at TUJ Kyoto, you’ll benefit from:
- A ¥434,100 TUJ Kyoto Inaugural Scholarship for students starting in Kyoto this fall—significantly reducing your costs.
- A close-knit learning environment with the same high-quality TUJ education.
- Affordable and accessible student housing options in one of Japan’s most culturally rich cities.
Seats fill up quickly, so apply early to secure your preferred campus. In the event we reach capacity, especially for applications submitted near the deadline, we may direct students to our other location in Japan.
Don’t miss this opportunity. Apply now!
All of the following items must be received by 17:00, Japan Standard Time, on the application deadline. Items postmarked by the deadline but arriving late will not be considered on time. All documents not in English must be professionally translated. Submit the original document and translation together with a letter of verification from the translator or a notarization attesting the accuracy of the translation. Documents will not be returned. Non-degree-seeking students will have their transcripts reviewed for admissions purposes, but not for transfer credit and will not receive a credit transfer evaluation. Prospective students are encouraged to complete their application for admission well in advance of the deadline.
