The TUJ Student Veterans Association (TUJ VET) is a Student Organization run by current veteran and GI Bill beneficiary students at TUJ and overseen by Student Engagement, housed within the Office of Student Services and Engagement (OSSE). Any enrolled Undergraduate & Graduate TUJ student is eligible and welcome to join the Student Veterans Association, but leadership is limited to Undergraduate veteran and GI Bill beneficiary students.

The goal of the Student Veterans Association is to increase interaction and visibility amongst Temple University Japan Campus’s military-connected community, hold events and activities that encourage camaraderie, and provide any needed support to our veteran and GI Bill beneficiary students. This organization also hopes to connect current veteran and GI Bill beneficiary students with TUJ veteran and GI Bill beneficiary alumni and open a gateway for mentorship and networking capabilities.

VR&E Information Session: April 9th, 6:45 AM JST (Zoom)
If you are interested in learning how the VR&E works, join this Zoom session to learn more. A VR&E rep and students currently using the VR&E to attend TUJ will be participating and answering questions in this session. 
Because of the time difference for attending members overseas, this session is early in the morning, so we thank you for your understanding. If you are interested in joining, please keep an eye on your email if you are a GI Bill user for the link or email clubs@tuj.temple.edu for the link before the meeting. 

Final General Meeting: April 9th, 5-7 PM JST (Tokyo Campus, Room 406)
Come join the final meeting of the semester. All students are welcome to join. These general meetings are where we discuss a variety of topics regarding Veterans and GI Bill dependents at TUJ, along with planned events and various other topics. This is also a comfortable space for students to hang out and get to know each other. We will also discuss the final event of the semester. We hope you will join us in concluding the semester with this last meeting! 

End of Semester Picnic: April 26th, Time TBA (Tamagawa River BBQ Area (Link))
This is the final event of the semester, so we hope you will join us! We will be holding a picnic/BBQ event at the Tamagawa River BBQ area to celebrate the end of finals and the semester! There will be a tent setup and grills for making food. Come join us before heading into vacation!
