Unofficial transcripts are mainly for those who cannot access the TUportal and require a cover page and Registrar's Office signature on their unofficial transcripts. Currently enrolled students can get unofficial transcripts from the unofficial academic history on Self Service Banner via TUportal New Tab.
To obtain an unofficial transcript, please submit the completed Unofficial Transcript Request Form below to the Registrar's Office in person, by e-mail at tujregistrar@tuj.temple.edu, or by fax at 03-5441-9811.
