TUJ's rolling-admissions procedures allow students to apply year round. Students can apply for admission to TUJ up to three semesters in advance. Students are encouraged to apply as early as possible to secure their enrollment for a future semester. Applicants typically receive an admissions decision within four weeks.

Applicants who need a student visa must submit all student visa application documents by the final deadline. If applying close to the deadline, applicants will need to submit all visa application documents before they receive their admissions decision.

Completed applications, including all supporting documents, must be received by 17:00Japan Standard Time, on the application deadline.
