Sangaamaa: GE Capital is one of the most successful financial products and services providers offering very convenient and flexible deals to businesses that are in need of cash flow. As a Mongolian, I thought this would be a great opportunity to learn how loaning to businesses works, since Mongolian businesses need a large amount of investments and financial products.

Sangaamaa: I worked on an industry analysis that is Japan-specific to determine whether the companies in the industry would make suitable clients for GE Capital. My other responsibility was to run research on the financial and business operations for companies that could be considered potential customers.

Sangaamaa: I have learned countless things by working with a group of people who are very smart, bright and nice. One of the most important things that I've learned is how to function in a very dynamic work environment.

Sangaamaa: The biggest challenge was to keep up with the pace of the office. Plus, with every step I took, there was something I did not understand or know, so I had to learn new things, too.

Sangaamaa: In the future, as a responsible citizen of Mongolia, I want to open an international trading company so I can attract as much FDI to the domestic economy as possible while creating as many jobs as possible.

Sangaamaa: I have learned how to analyze companies' situations by reading their financials and operations. I am sure the internship experience will help me at every stage of my career.
