  • Prof. Chintamani Mahapatra (Kalinga Institute of Indo-Pacific Studies, Founder Chairperson)

  • Robert Dujarric, ICAS Co-Director

In the past several years, India has played an increasingly visible role in international security affairs in the Indo-Pacific and beyond. India's participation in the Quad, along Japan, Australia, and the US, the development over past decades of a defense relationship with the United States, as well as continuing tensions with China, have ensured that Indian policy is now a major topic in international affairs.

To help us better understand the evolution of Indian strategic thought and policy, Professor Chintamani Mahapatra will lead this session. Following his presentation, we will have a moderated discussion with the audience.
