Biography

Sheri Lambert is a professor of practice in marketing at the Fox School of Business at Temple University (Main Campus). She is a recognized and respected authority on brand management, customer relationship management (CRM), marketing research and digital marketing. Professor Lambert was named one of the Top 50 Undergraduate Business Professors by Poets&Quants in 2021. Prior to academia, Sheri was a distinguished marketing research management executive who worked with Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines and the IHG brands. 

Prior to joining the Fox Business School faculty, Lambert served as Chief Marketing Officer at Big Sofa Technologies and a member of its Global PLC Board. With her executive management and high-level experience, including years of market research consulting engagements in both consumer and B2B sectors. Sheri has held Senior Leadership positions within some of the world’s largest marketing research consulting firms. Including, Ipsos and Kantar Group. At Ipsos, she was the Global Head and Managing Director of the Travel & Leisure Sector and Global Loyalty Practice. At TNS she served as Managing Director of its North America Transportation, Travel & Hospitality Sector and was President of TNS NFO Plog Research Company.
