Previous Appointments
I began my career in the international development sector, working for USAID’s West Africa Trade Hub. As a sustainability specialist, I supported our managing director in creating the Global Shea Alliance and increasing its memberhsip. It is at that time that I joined my first startup, helping the Kenya-based education startup Ekitabu build relationships in the Ghanaian market. I then joined a second startup in Paris, before moving to Dubai to assist Louis Dreyfus Commodities’ regional CEO for the Middle East and Africa in his daily activities, a position that included a wide variety of tasks, from organizing regional seminars to helping compile our annual report to doing research with the forex team.
