Hojung Jun is a partner at Tokyo International Law Office, specializing in construction and project development with a multilingual and multicultural background. Since 2009, she has worked across Japan, Singapore, Korea, and the US, providing expert advice to clients on cross-border transactions related to project development, M&A, and joint ventures, with a particular focus on the global power (both conventional and renewable) and infrastructure sectors globally.

Her extensive project portfolio includes offshore and onshore wind farms, battery energy storage systems (BESS), port terminals, LNG facilities, critical mineral mines, and associated O&M arrangements, covering regions such as Africa, the Americas, Asia Pacific, CIS countries, Europe, and the Middle East.

In addition to her private practice experience, Hojung has held in-house roles, including secondments to major Japanese corporations and serving as in-house counsel at a leading construction firm in Korea.

She is admitted to the bar in New York in the United States and is also a registered foreign lawyer in Japan (New York, U.S. / Tokyo Bar Association).
