Research

Chiho Okada is the Oral Proficiency Tester of Japanese certified by American Council on the Teaching Foreign Languages (ACTFL). Her research focuses on active learning. She is particularly interested in collaborative learning such as Jigsaw Method. Her current research includes relationship between the second language acquisition through active learning and the learner’s personality.
