Japan's health ministry has announced the following criteria for medical consultations or treatment for people who may have contracted the coronavirus.
- Common cold symptoms or fever higher than 37.5 degrees Celsius for at least four days
- Exhaustion or difficulty breathing.
- Vulnerable people as seniors, pregnant women or those with preexisting conditions, who have cold symptoms or a fever for around two days.
If you have any of these symptoms, please call the consultation center before visiting a doctor or hospital; the center will then recommend medical institutions you should visit. Please only visit medical centers referred to by the medical consultant:
