Event Recap: A TUJ Valentines

The Parliament was filled with love and cozy vibes during the Program Board’s inaugural semester event: A TUJ Valentines. The event featured various performances, collaboration from different clubs, and free donuts!

Parliament doors opened to a crowd of over 250 TUJ students who came to witness the festivities. The evening kicked off with a wonderful performance from the Music Club.  After Music Club, Koshi Amagasa followed with a solo act of Disney songs. The mix of performances ended with an energy-filled closing line-up from the TUJ Dance Club.

After performances finished, A TUJ Valentines served as a relaxing area for students to hang out with their friends and lovers. The Board Game Club was generous in providing various board games for students to enjoy, while the Coffeemakers Club spent the evening serving coffee to attendees. TUJ students lounged, conversed, and took a break from their studies while sharing Valentine's Day love.

The activities did not end there though, as we prepared a special gift-making station where students could create origami and create a letter for a special someone. Louise Handcraft, a TUJ-student ran business also sold candles and other goodies to anyone looking for a last-minute Valentine's present.

TUJPB would like to extend its gratitude to all of the student organizations that participated in this event, all of the student volunteers, and most importantly, all of the student attendees. Stay tuned for more coming this semester, we can not wait to see you all again. Happy Valentine's Day!
