On Tuesday, November 21st, TUJ LEAD organized an event titled 'Laugh And Taste Japanese Culture.' At TUJ, where people from diverse backgrounds come together, making friends across cultures can be a challenge due to different concepts of friendship. However, gaining cross-cultural understanding can lead to long-lasting friendships.

To foster an inclusive community at TUJ and facilitate engagement with local people, TUJ LEAD collaborated with representatives from the Japanese Culture Club and the Student Government. The event, attended by almost 40 students, including those from Showa Women's University and Takachiho University, featured activities conducted in both English and Japanese to accommodate participants of varying language proficiency.

Through enjoyable games, we deepened our understanding of Japanese modern culture, bridging the gap between Japanese and other cultures. This was a valuable opportunity for us to connect with students from Japanese universities and expand our local network.
