Tuna? Salmon?! Egg?!? RICE!!! Grab your soy sauce and join us as we learn to craft one of Japan's most famous dishes! We will attend this workshop just next door to the iconic Tokyo Tower! There, we will learn how to masterfully cut fresh fish into the perfect sashimi, how to roll our own rice, and put it all together to make the most perfect sushi, guided by an itamae - a professional sushi chef!

Once crafted, we will finish off the workshop in the best possible way - eating our delicious masterpieces! YUM!
