Darryl Wharton-Rigby is an award-winning filmmaker, whose expertise includes screenwriting, production, directing, and narrative visual storytelling.
Wharton-Rigby has taught screenwriting, and narrative visual storytelling, as well as entry, intermediate, and advanced-level production courses. He wants to demystify the production and filmmaking process for students and give them an appreciation for film and the history of cinema.
With more than thirty years of production experience in film, television, commercials, and theatre, as well as branded content, Wharton-Rigby is still a working professional. He is currently exploring writing for animation as well as work that explores stories of marginalized communities.
