Professor Randall lectures on international business transactions. Professor Randall’s legal practice focuses on corporate governance, international business transactions and board advising. Prior to launching her own firm, she practiced at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, focusing on corporate and securities matters, with a particular emphasis on interested party transactions involving special committees, including transactions receiving the M&A Advisor’s Turnaround Award (2008) and a China Business Law Journal‘s Top 10 listing (2012).

She has represented Japanese clients in joint ventures, strategic alliances, project finance and U.S. regulatory requirements across a broad spectrum of industries, including energy, industrial manufacturing and banking.

Professor Randall received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and her undergraduate degree from Yale University with honors in history. Prior to law school, she worked in brand management at Procter & Gamble, where, among other things, she launched consumer products in Japan.

Professor Randall is a member of the board of directors of Yale’s Global Alumni Leadership Exchange (YaleGALE) and produced YaleGALE India in 2015.
