As a lawyer with a relentless appetite for learning, Professor McCrackin developed a unique career profile that enables her to seamlessly work in legal, business, and project arenas. She is a proud alumnus of Fox School of Business Executive MBA 2018 class. She consults for a range of business clients developing strategic approaches to problem solving and accomplishing goals for her clients. She is a litigating entrepreneur with experience establishing a law firm, start-up ventures, working as an associate for a Tennessee regional litigation law firm, and clerking with government agencies and Circuit Court Judges. Attorney McCrackin has practiced in state and federal courts, successfully settling matters in and outside of court proceedings.

In law school she began representing clients as a licensed student attorney for the school’s legal clinic and national innocence project helping to exonerate wrongfully convicted defendants. She was awarded for outstanding advocacy skills and pro bono service.

Prior to law school, she studied at the historical Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee where she had the opportunity to publish a nationally awarded literary work and documentary in Washington D.C. as a member of a fellowship project.

She also travels for speaking engagements and workshops to motivate and inspire.
