Research

Professor Blomberg’s academic and research interests are centered on assuaging the problems and impacts of misinformation and disinformation, especially for vulnerable and marginalized populations, and in international spaces. Additionally, he examines the effectiveness of media literacy interventions in creating critical news and information consumers, and the impacts of journalism practices for building trust in news audiences.
