HOW TO APPLY
Apply through our online application portal . Graduate candidates must have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum 3.0 GPA to apply.
Once you complete your application, you will be asked to pay a nonrefundable application fee of ¥12,000. The payment will be made outside of the application site. Please wait for the notification which will be sent by email.
Upon your payment, the admission interview (in-person or online) will be scheduled as the final application process.
Complete the online application and provide the following documents.

INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS
Standardized test of English scores are required for non-native English speakers, unless your degree is from an English language university located in a native English language country. You may choose any of the following tests

APPLICATION DEADLINE
- February 28, 2025 – Early Admission Scholarship deadline
- April 15, 2025 – Program application deadline for those seeking a student visa through TUJ
- April 25, 2025 – Visa application deadline. Applicants who do not have permission to reside in Japan (via citizenship or prior long-term visa) may apply for a student visa through TUJ.
- June 17, 2025 – Final program application deadline
