Course Description: This module introduces students to the therapeutic benefits of traditional Hatha Yoga. Through gentle postures, breath awareness, and meditative movement, students will develop tools to support emotional regulation, mental clarity, and overall wellness. Rooted in ancient wisdom, Hatha Yoga is traditionally practiced as preparation for meditation—helping the body settle and the mind become more focused. Each class combines movement with reflective exercises to foster deeper awareness and inner balance. Note: Both modules are registered as continuing education certification programs accredited by Yoga Alliance and can serve as refresher sessions or count toward teaching hours for yoga instructors seeking to enhance their skills in English.
