AEP offers the following support services and facilities for students taking AEP’s semester-long courses. These services are not available to students taking short-term courses.
Support Services

Academic Advising
AEP provides individual advising for students looking at their current state of progress and any issues concerning their studies and their future goals.

Counseling
We offer students assistance in learning more about themselves, improving their ability to handle a variety of problems, and achieving their goals in their academic studies. Counseling is given in both Japanese and English and is possible anytime during office hours. Please feel free to come to the AEP Office on the 6th floor.
FACILITIES

Computer Labs
The Computer Labs are equipped with Windows/Mac computers and allow students to use a variety of services including not only Internet and e-mail access but also printing and online storage. At the Help Desk next to the labs, you can borrow laptops or other computer related accessories. For details and open hours, please see the Computer Labs & Services page.

Library
The TUJ library, which focuses on English-language publications, holds over 50,000 books, a browsing collection of magazines and journals, and more than 3,300 DVD titles. Students can also access the online resources of Temple University or borrow materials from Japanese institutions and libraries worldwide. For details and hours, please see the Library page.

The Learning Center
The Learning Center supports students in academic writing, math, Japanese, and other subjects both in-person (on campus) and online (via Zoom). Details can be found on the Learning Center page.
