Hiroshima, known for the destruction endured by the first nuclear bomb during WWII, is now revered as a symbol of peace and understanding. On the first day after arriving in Hiroshima from Tokyo by bullet train, we will first visit the impactful Peace Memorial & Museum, followed by hearing about the real-life experience from an actual survivor. On the second day, we will visit beautiful Miyajima and its Itsukushima Shrine! Kyoto Campus students will join us too!
