With the help of our friends at Itoko, a traditional Kyoto based kimono maker, you'll spend the day learning all about the intensive processes that go into farming and producing silk, along with the eventual weaving that turns them into incredible pieces of clothing, such as kimono. You can even try your hand at a traditional silk fabric weaving machine!
