What to Prepare
Here are the documents required to apply for the Master of Science Communication Management Program at TUJ KYOTO
Application Procedure
STEP 1: Fill out and submit the Online Application Form first.
STEP 2: Once your Online Application Form is received, the Admissions Team will create an Application Tracking List for you. This shared document will be available only to you and the program office. It will track the of the application materials from you, your references and (if applicable) test score providers.
STEP 3: Ask your references to submit support letters directly to the Admissions Office global-leaders@tuj.temple.edu using the email subject line, write “Masters Reference Letter for (Last Name, First Name).”
STEP 4: Ask your previous colleges to send transcripts directly to the Admissions Office global-leaders@tuj.temple.edu. If applicable, submit test scores.
STEP 5: Submit other required documents as email attachments along with your Application Tracking List to global-leaders@tuj.temple.edu. In other words, do not send the required documents in pieces by email but send them all together with the Application Tracking List at one time.
In the email subject line, write “Masters Application Documents (Last Name, First Name).” The Communication Management Admissions Office must receive all required documents including the documents sent directly to the Admissions Office by the stated deadline. Use the Application Tracking List to make sure that you have completed all necessary steps in the application process.
STEP 6: Once you complete your application, you will be asked to pay a nonrefundable application fee of ¥12,000. Please wait for the payment instructions which will be sent by email.
STEP 7: Upon your payment, the admissions interview (in-person or online) will be scheduled as the final application process.
