Research
Dr Sanders’ research focuses on organizational behavior, leadership, and team development. In particular, he examines strategies for improving corporate training, reflecting his dedication to applying scientific approaches in the real world. His experience is both theoretical and practical, shaped by 25 years in leadership roles across many sectors such as management consulting, healthcare, technology, marketing, and real estate.

Previous Appointments
Dr Sanders taught international business at the Lerner College of Business and Economics at University of Delaware, where he was also Faculty Director for international education programs. Previously, he taught political science, international relations, and leadership at York College of Pennsylvania and Harrisburg Area Community College.
Concurrently with his academic appointment Dr. Sanders operates a management consulting firm, EII Consulting. He was owner and Managing Director of Red Lion Development Corporation, a real estate investment firm, owner at Lion Technologies, a technology firm, and worked at the Republican Governors Association, the Republican Leadership Council, the European Commission, and the Government Accountability Office. He served as President of the Red Lion Area Business Association and on the Board of Directors for the York County Economic Development Corporation, in addition to a run for the U.S. Congress. He is a Certified Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
