Areas of Expertise
Assistant Professor Williams is the only faculty member who has been at TUJ since it opened a branch campus in Tokyo in 1982. He has taught courses in the following areas: American studies, African-American studies, TESOL, freshman composition, and history.
Teaching Interests
Assistant Professor Williams' teaching interests include the history and culture of people of African heritage in Asia; American history; African-American history; and issues related to ethnicity.
