Biography

Jin Montesano is Chief People Officer at LIXIL Corporation, a TSE-listed global pioneer in the housing and water technology industry. She is also a Director on the Boards of LIXIL and Yamaha Motor Company. Based in Tokyo, Jin has worked closely with global CEOs and Boards for over 25 years to develop transformation strategies that enhance long-term corporate value. Her expertise spans strategic public affairs, policy, communications, and human capital, but at the core, her expertise is about driving change for the better.
