Eri Sugiura is an HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and people management across various organizations and industries. She currently works as an HR Business Partner at a Creative Agency in Tokyo, partnering with business leaders on organizational and people-related matters.

Throughout her career, Eri has worked across areas including organizational development, talent management, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and organizational change. 

Her professional interests include leadership and management development, organizational behavior, and helping managers navigate complex people challenges.
