The annual Spring Career Fair is our largest career event of the year, bringing together 17 companies eager to hire TUJ students and recent graduates. It’s an excellent opportunity to explore diverse career paths and gain insight into competitive job markets while making professional connections.

Though this fair primarily promotes full-time positions, some companies may also offer internships or part-time roles for those looking to build experience. Don’t miss your chance to connect directly with recruiters from a variety of industries right here on campus!

FAQ

What is the dress code?

If you are actively seeking employment, we recommend you wear a suit (business formal). If you are just gathering information and not intending to apply to jobs, business casual is fine.

Do I need to take a resume to the fair?

No. Bringing your resume is suggested, but it is not a requirement. Particularly, if your graduation date is still far off, you may want to just gather information at the fair without submitting an application.

How can I gather information about participating companies?

Visit each company’s website. Also, the Career Development Office will send out a company information booklet in which students can check available positions, possible starting time, requirements, and screening processes for each company.

I want someone to check my resume before the career fair. Can I ask the Career Development Office to edit my resume?

Yes. We are always happy to help you write your resume. Please make an appointment on Handshake.
