Kyle Reykalin is the Director of Review Services for UBIC Inc.'s Tokyo office. UBIC is Japan's first e-discovery company and a leader in using artificial intelligence to reduce the cost and time needed to conduct document reviews. At UBIC, Kyle draws on his litigation and counseling experience to advise Japanese companies on American discovery practices and procedures, as well as advises American law firms in the unique challenges of Asian language reviews. Prior to entering the business world, Kyle was an associate at Paul Hastings LLP in the Employee Mobility and Trade Secrets practice group, where he specialized in employee non-compete / non-solicitation agreements, employee theft of trade secrets, and civil applications of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA). He also practiced general litigation at Nossaman LLP and assisted Silicon Valley start-ups with contract drafting and litigation matters at The Law Offices of Jonathan Lee. He is a member of the State Bar of California and former Associate Editor of the Employment Chapter of the American Bar Association's Annual Review of Developments in Business and Corporate Litigation.
