Michael Mroczek is foreign law partner at Nozomi Sogo Attorneys at Law (Tokyo, Japan). His main areas of practice are International Commercial Arbitration, Corporate Law, and M&A. Michael holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Basel (Switzerland) and an LL.M. in US Law from Temple University (Beasley School of Law, Japan Campus). He is admitted as a Swiss attorney (gaikokuho-jimu-bengoshi) in Japan, and registered as a EU-lawyer with the District Council of the Bar in Warsaw (Poland). Michael is President of the European Business Council in Japan (EBC). He also lectures International Arbitration at the University of Tokyo.
