TUJ was part of a joint application to the Japanese government for permission to provide on-campus vaccines. We have received great news that the application has been approved. At present, here are the details that we have received. Naturally, these details are subject to change.
Important: Note that the registration period is one day ONLY so it is important for you to calendar this date and monitor your emails for updates this week.
Registration date
- TUJ staff and faculty: July 3rd (Saturday)
- TUJ degree seeking students: July 5th (Monday)
Vaccination Site
- SWU campus – West Gymnasium
- Check-in at Building 10, First floor lobby
Vaccinations – Faculty and Staff
- First Shot: July 11th (Sunday) from 10:00 am-12:00 pm; 1:00 pm-2:00 pm
- Second Shot: Aug. 8th (Sunday) from 10:00 am-12:00 pm; 1:00 pm-2:00 pm
Vaccinations – TUJ degree seeking students
- First Shot: July 25th (Sunday) from 10:00 am-12:00 pm; 1:00 pm-6:00 pm
- Second Shot: Aug. 22nd (Sunday) from 10:00 am-12:00 pm; 1:00 pm-6:00 pm
