Temple University, Japan Campus is located in Sangenjaya in Setagaya-ku, Tokyo.  As a branch campus of an American university in Tokyo, TUJ has taken a leading role in the internationalization of higher education in Japan since its establishment in 1982.

Our facilities feature:

• A traditional university setting with user- friendly outdoor spaces and sports facilities
• An academic building with 8,700 square meters across six floors dedicated solely to TUJ
• Additional academic, office and recreational space in the adjacent neighborhood
• A 50,000-volume library with access to expansive online resources and academic journals
• Expanded studio space for art and photography programs
• Advanced IT infrastructure throughout including hybrid classrooms, video editing and e-sports facilities and other educational technologies
• Improved faculty spaces
• Enhanced student common areas, including a larger student lounge and cafeteria
   

How You Can Help

Donations in any amount help TUJ sustain the best possible physical learning environment for students and faculty. At the ¥35,000 level or above, the names of individual donors to either our facilities or our scholarship fund will be recognized and honored in a permanent display on the TUJ Campus.
