Sports Night (Open Gym)

Start off the semester making new friends through playing sports and cheering with your classmates. Indoor gym shoes required to participate (separate from the ones you wear outside). We will meet at TUJ and walk over to the gym together (approx. 15min).

Gero Onsen Overnight Trip

Ski/Snowboard Overnight Trip

41st Grand Sumo Tournament

Go-Kart Racing

Looking to try something new? Let’s go go-karting! The indoor circuit provides exciting sharp corners, twisty turns, junctions, and tunnels that will test even the experienced drivers, but is also beginner-friendly. After a brief safety instruction, we will hold group endurance races as well as individual time trials.

Izu Day Trip

Take advantage of the UG holiday to visit Kawazu’s Cherry Blossom Festival (typically blooming between Feb-March). On the way, we will stop to pick some delicious strawberries and take a walk (approx. 1 hour) in nature to see the 7 waterfalls of Kawazu. Before returning to Tokyo, we will stop for sushi!

Professional Basketball Game

Overnight Stay at Monastery

Mountain Climbing3

Celebrate the new spring season by getting out and up in nature. Starting from the Okutama area, we will climb through three mountains with various terrains. The course in geared towards physically fit and determined climbers. After the hike you can relax your muscles in an onsen. CANCELLED IN CASE OF RAIN.
