Did you enjoy the movie “Your Name“? Would you like to experience the technique that Mitsuha and her family practice to make braids? In this workshop, we will go to the traditional neighborhood of Kagurazaka to learn more about this centuries-old technique. Kumihimo is a traditional Japanese art form of making braids and cords.

Samurai once used it to decorate their armor and now you too can learn it by creating your own Kumihimo bracelet!
