On the first day, we will travel to Matsumoto, where we will discover the stunning Matsumoto Castle, one of the few remaining original castles in Japan. Then, we will go deep into the Hida Limestone Cave, a large cavern hidden 800 meters below a beautiful waterfall. We will stay at a Japanese ryokan located in the mountains of Nagano, with a large variety of outdoor hot springs. On the second day, we will travel to Takayama where we will visit the captivating Showa Museum and explore the old town, with many buildings and whole streets of houses dating from the Edo Period.
