Cycling club

We organize cycling events for TUJ students who want to have fun while cycling so they can make memorable experiences. All trips are lead by one or both of the club captains, where we guide the group on a predetermined route through scenic areas and tourist attractions. Breaks, lunch & stops at sites are all factored in. Depending on length they can be half-day to full day events, typically on a weekend. These trips are held regardless of the # of sign-ups.

Meeting Information: Sundays from 9-3/4 in and around Tokyo, mainly in Arakawa river. Please inquire for details.

Dungeons & Dragons Club

Our goal is to provide an opportunity for students to gather together once a week and play an ongoing game of Dungeons and Dragons together. Through playing D&D, we will foster creativity, as well as team building and social skills. D&D is not just a game for us, it is a collaboration of creative minds coming together.

Journalism Club: Student Newspaper

The goal of the newspaper is to allow students to practice their journalism abilities as well as provide Temple students with information about upcoming events, places to go, food, culture and more. In addition, The Hoot news room as expanded to a news broadcast for students to receive weekly updates. Philosophy Café

We provide the place for anyone who is interested in having discussions on a wide variety of topics. No background knowledge of philosophy necessary. You can come and go anytime if you have classes, or just sit and listen to other people discussing. Bring your own snacks and drinks to enjoy during the meeting!

Time and Place:
We have two sessions every Wednesdays from 1-2 pm at A405 and 5-6 pm at A310. You can come to either session that works best with your schedule.
