Coronavirus Preventive Actions – Classes to Be Held Fully Online

Measures at Temple University, Japan Campus (TUJ)

In order to put TUJ in sync with many Japanese universities that are currently not in session, and in response to Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s request to close public schools to curb COVID-19 transmission, TUJ management has decided, after consultation with Temple University’s Main Campus, that TUJ will suspend classroom teaching for two weeks, beginning Monday, March 2. During that time, classes will be taught online so that students do not lose progress in their coursework. Although classes will be held online, the campus will remain open.

Updated measures and operational information will be posted on the TUJ website.
