On November 17, Media for Change, a 12-hour global interactive virtual conference, will feature media makers and thinkers from four cities on three continents discussing the role of media in building a better world. Partners in the effort include Temple University, Japan Campus; Bournemouth University, UK; SENAC, Brazil; Emerson College, USA and University of Miami, School of Communication, USA.

Activists, journalists, filmmakers, professors and others will share their perspectives on themes such as climate change, sustainability, poverty, security, labor, migration and how to use the power of visual storytelling. Attendees can interact with the panelists through text messages and other social media. The virtual exhibit hall will feature screenings, slideshows and interactive curated and original content.
