Shai Greenberg

Shai holds a Bachelors degree in Management and in East Asian Studies from Tel Aviv University, Magna Cum Laude; and a Masters in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University. He brings over 10 years of sales, marketing and construction project management experience in the U.S., Israel, Korea and Japan. After receiving his masters, Shai was a senior associate at the Carlton Group, a top tier Wall Street real estate investment bank, where he successfully originated, structured, placed and analyzed over $12 billion in debt & equity for large and complex Real Estate Transactions in the US, Middle East, and Europe. Shai developed a deep understanding of the real estate business as a construction project manager in Israel, where he completed the development of hundreds of residential units. He also spent over 5 years in Japan and Korea as a sales and marketing executive. He is fluent in English, Japanese and Hebrew. He lives in Tokyo and enjoys martial arts, fine cuisine and great literature.
