Most of us know what to do to achieve our goals, but it is not always so easy to take the necessary steps to achieve them. We may start off with a strong determination to do what we have to do, but find that as the days go by, our initial motivation has decreased and we are not able to finish what we started. If this sounds like you, then this workshop is for you! In this one day workshop, you will receive strategy and training to create habits that will help you change your life. The "Tiny Habits®" method was created by a behavior scientist named BJ Fogg, PhD at Stanford University. It is an innovative method to change personal behavior. By studying his approach, we can learn to create new habits in a playful way together and reach that goal! (This workshop is taught by a certified "Tiny Habits®" coach.)
Emiko Suzuki earned her M.S. in Media and Governance from Keio University in Japan. She is passionate about applying Psychology into our real life to make it more fulfilling. In addition to her academic background, she has a practical certification as a Tiny Habit Coach by a Stanford University professor. She has also worked at Nike, Inc., helping them improve their marketing strategy by applying Psychology. She has been active in participating and presenting at various conferences and updating her knowledge on Psychology.
