As I tried to come up with a design, I thought about various things that are typical and unique to TUJ, and figured that the most obvious attribute to Temple University in Japan, after all, should be "Japan".

So I tried to integrate the Japanese national flag image into the logo, by which I wanted to express the bond between Temple University and Japan that has developed and grown over the last 30 years."

Nicola is interested in art because she likes to be able to express her ideas in creative ways. She especially enjoys design projects, because it gives her both the freedom of creating something new and the challenge to improve her technical skills.

Her future career plans include interior and furniture design, but for the moment she intends to continue gaining skills in product design, web design and photography in order to be active in a broader sphere of media.
