New students should submit the New Student Form first in order to start taking courses as a non-matriculated student. Please follow the procedures below.

1. Review the matriculation requirements

You will be able to take courses as a non-matriculated student; however, you will be required to matriculate in order to earn your master's degree. Please read through the matriculation requirements and make sure you are qualified before registering. Please note that this registration process does not guarantee you will be admitted to the program. Should you have any questions about matriculation, please contact the TUJ Graduate Education Office.

2. Submit your registration online

Please supply the information requested, such as contact information and educational background, and submit the online New Student Registration Form. The deadline for new student registration in each semester is the same as the last day of the add/drop period.

3. Pay the non-refundable registration fee of 12,200 yen

After you submit your New Student Registration Form, please submit your payment by credit card or wire transfer.
