As a faculty or student at TUJ, you have access to multitude of resources to assist you with your research project.
Research Databases on TU Portal
The TU Portal provides access to more than 500 electronic databases. These databases are regularly updated and the range of resources is continually expanding. Many of the electronic databases contain full articles that are available for download. If you need assistance, a Temple University Librarian is available to assist you.
Interlibrary Loan
You may request library materials from other centers at TUJ (Tokyo or Osaka), main campus, and other libraries in Japan through the library at the Tokyo center.
TUJ Online Catalogue
You can search the materials that TUJ library holds online with the TUJ Online Catalogue.
Computer Services
Computer Services at TUJ support a wide variety of systems and computers from Unix, Windows to Mac, as well as a variety of software from office applications to graphic and design applications. The office also provides engineering support, guidance and training, as well as many types of internal "consultancy."
Statistical Analysis
The mission of the Center for Statistical Analysis (CSA) is to provide professional statistical consulting support and training to Temple University faculty, researchers, and students; and to external clients in the wider business, science, industry, and government sectors. The Center offers an integrated, comprehensive statistical consulting service covering all aspects of a quantitative research project ranging from the initial study design through to the presentation of the final research conclusions.
