Recent Activities
- Jeff Kingston has edited a new book with contributions from a variety of experts on last year's earthquake, tsunami and nuclear crisis, Natural disaster and nuclear crisis in Japan: Response and recovery after Japan's 3/11. Jeff has also written a new article for Japan Focus called "Mismanaging Risk and the Fukushima Nuclear Crisis".
- Irene Herrera and her students are finalists in the 2012 Intl Doc Challenge premiering at Hot Docs with their work "Spirits to Enlightenment".
- Kei Numao received an award at the Annual Conference of the Japanese Society for British Philosophy on March 27th for a paper that he wrote on the philosopher John Locke for Locke Studies.
