How to Register for Activities and Events

The Office of Student Services (OSS) organizes a variety of events and activities throughout the semester. These activities are designed to cultivate social relations among our diverse university community and advance the university's mission as an international institution in Japan. Activities are open to all TUJ students in the Undergraduate and Academic English Program (AEP). Due to limited space, we advise that you register early and secure your spot!


How to Register

  • Step 1
    Fill out the Activity Registration Form for the activity in which you would like to participate. Forms are available at OSS.
  • Step 2
    Bring the completed Activity Registration Form and the exact payment amount (CASH ONLY) to OSS during the activity registration times.

Date: Monday through Friday
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Closed: Wednesday 10:00 - 11:30



Important Information

  • All activities are on a first-come-first-served basis; priority given to date/time of payment.
  • All activities involving payment are non-refundable, unless the activity is canceled by OSS due to low participation or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • All activities are subject to change at the discretion of the university.
  • All university related correspondences must go through official Temple University e-mail accounts. Therefore, students must check their TU e-mail accounts regularly.
  • Participating students are required to complete legal liability waivers; restrictions may apply to students who are 19 years or younger.
